I have created a condensed 5-hour long workshop that you can finish in 1 or 2 days - “Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Management”, to help maintain your mental clarity and physical strength during this uncertainly and daily stress. It’s essential to find resources and methods to feel grounded and centered, learn to process the trapped emotions and release the stuck energies, right where you are with what is available for you. With this workshop, you can be better equipped with useful techniques, coping strategies, and practical tools to reclaim your power and create a healthier space for the body and mind. Together, we can discharge all of the stresses that have been consciously and unconsciously stored in the physical body.
For registered yoga teachers, you will get 5 hours of CE(Continuing Education) credits for Yoga Alliance upon completion of the workshop.

In this online sessions, we will focus on four strategies (self-compassion, resilience, optimism and connection) to enhance our overall well-being, vitality, and capabilities. The workshops will guide you through the following topics:
1: How Stress and Anxiety affect the body and mind’s health. What’s behind sympathetic and parasympathetic systems? What's neuroplasticity? How can we rewire our neuro pathways by changing our patterns/thoughts/beliefs, and learn to ride with the ebbs and flows more gracefully and peacefully?
2: How we can incorporate yoga breathing techniques, philosophies, and practical tools into our daily life in the midst of uncertainty and challenges?
3: What is Mindfulness all about? How we can learn to stay in the moment and not get hijacked by racing mind?
4: How to wake up your five senses, tap into your body wisdom, live life more fully, and be more present.
5: Mindful Yoga Movements (Asanas), Breathing (Pranayama), and Guided Meditation practices.
6: Learn from the aspects of Somatic Experiencing to help releases the stress and anxiety.

2: Saturday, 8/22 – 1:00-6:00pm
