Yoga and Meditation for Teenagers
Growing teenagers are facing academic, social, physical, and mental challenges on day to day basis. Their growing pains are getting more serious, if not worse, as we have been in this uncertain time. To an extent, this age group needs more than ever to find proper, safe, and accessible tools to manage their stress and anxiety.
Scientists have found that high school students in a meditative yoga class felt much better after than they did after taking a P.E. class. I, as a yoga therapist and the mother of teenagers, have created this special workshop that is specifically designed for them. They will learn yoga tools to properly manage their emotions through meditation, breathing techniques, and yoga movements.
The 3-week workshop is $45 for one participant, and it is $25 for each additional sibling. Space is limited to 20 spots. Please sign up for your teenagers to secure the spots.
