Mindful & Aware Evening Yoga (online)
This weekly evening class is held on Tuesdays(5:00 pm) via ZOOM

We will focus on the Whole Being connection through guided meditation, breathing, and yoga movements. The class aims at aligning the body, mind, and soul. It will increase your strength, flexibility, clarity, resilience, and harmony physically, mentally, and emotionally. Namaste.
Please note that I reserve my time and turn down other opportunities in order to hold the yoga session. Please allow 72- hour notice for full-refund. The client pays for 30% of the session fee for shorter than 48-hour notice and 50% of the session fee for shorter than 24-hour notice. The client pays for full session if the cancellation is less than 24-hour or if the client misses the session. There will be no refunds or rescheduling for a private yoga session cancelled on the day of its scheduled time.
