Namaste, yogis. The year 2020 has been quite a year. We have experienced a lot together which made us stronger and also helped us to go slower, be softer, and gentler. Let's connect together as a community on New Year's day to meditate and yoga and ring in some inner peace.
Please join me for a FREE online event. We will have a 30-minute meditation practice(no experience required) and followed by a 30-minute gentle yoga practice(no experience required).
